Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Scope

SimpleGlow provides shipping services for domestic and international orders. We support global mainstream regional delivery, covering most countries and regions around the world.

2. Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders on weekends and official holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Domestic US orders: 5–10 business days. International orders: 10–25 business days (affected by customs clearance and regional logistics).

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated according to your shipping address, product weight and package volume. We will launch free shipping activities from time to time, subject to the latest website rules.

5. Customs and Tariffs

For international orders, local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees (if any) shall be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for customs detention, delay or additional fees caused by customer-provided incorrect information or local policy restrictions.

6. Logistics Tracking

After shipment, we will send the logistics tracking number to your reserved email. You can check the order transportation status in real time.

7. Lost or Damaged Package

If the package is lost or severely damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery time. We will verify the situation and provide re-delivery or refund service.
